License Agreement
END-USER LICENSE FOR IPDB (IP Geolocation Database)
This license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the detailed Data from the IPDB. You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the Data against unauthorized access.
You agree to not to distribute the Data or any part, alteration or derivation, in combination with other matter, to any other party.
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jgsoft be liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the use of the Data or the termination of this Agreement.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all proposals, oral or written, all negotiations, conversations, discussions and all past course of dealing between you and Jgsoft relating to the Data or the terms of its license to you, and may only be modified in writing signed by you and Jgsoft.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
No ownership rights to the Data are transferred to you under this Agreement. You agree that any copies of the Data that you make will contain this notice.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES
The Data is provided "as-is". Jgsoft disclaims all warranties with respect to the Data, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
